Contract Labor Coordinator

The Contract Labor Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the temporary labor workforce on site at Ritedose and to act as a liaison between the temporary employees, the Packaging Team Leads and the Staffing Agency in regards to scheduling and production changes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Plant Leadership team regarding temporary staffing needs for each shift
- Communicate shift needs to the Staffing Agency and prepare the schedule based on temporary associates confirmed by the Agency
- Provide Staffing Agency with all documentation in regards to the temporary associates attendance such as Doctors excuses, Jury duty summons, transportation issues documentation, etc.
- Report all shift activity to the Staffing Agency and the Packaging Team Leads such as tardies, call outs, no call no shows, performance issues, and behavioral concerns on a daily basis
- Monitor time clock before shift to take roll call and report to plant leadership
- Assist Human Resources with preparation for Temporary Orientations
- Consistently walk the production floor and complete shift reports in regards to temporary labor activities
- Communicate any changes to the schedule that come from the plant leadership team to the temporary employees
- Monitor the temporary workforce during shift to ensure Ritedose conduct standards are met
- Notify Packaging Team Lead when relevant situations arise that require additional support such as employee relation issues, safety, etc.
- Complies with all applicable Ritedose SOPs and cGMP guidelines
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- General computer skills
